These services are provided remotely through Zoom, phone, email, and other agreed-upon platforms.

When Admissions Helpers advertises a service or package as including "unlimited" help, this means that clients have the flexibility to request assistance as they feel necessary within reasonable limits. "Unlimited" does not imply an unlimited right to demand excessive meetings, unnecessary revisions, or to continuously rework completed materials.

Admissions Helpers is committed to providing all necessary support to help clients create strong applications. However, the determination of when sufficient assistance has been provided rests solely with Admissions Helpers. We reserve the right to limit or refuse further services if we believe that a client has received adequate guidance and their application is sufficiently strong. This discretion ensures that our services remain effective, focused, and fair to all clients.

4. No Guarantee of Admission

While our services aim to enhance your application and improve your chances of admission, Admissions Helpers does not guarantee that any applicant will be admitted to any educational program, including undergraduate, graduate, master’s, or post-baccalaureate programs.

5. Use of Website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You are prohibited from using this website in any way that may damage or disrupt its operation or violate the rights of others. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to hack the website, distribute malware, or engage in abusive behavior.

6. Fees and Payments

For all paid services, payments shall be made upfront unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in advance by both Admissions Helpers and the Applicant. All payments are non-refundable. If the Applicant terminates the agreement before all services have been provided, no refunds will be issued. Any potential refund will be at the sole discretion of Admissions Helpers. If Admissions Helpers terminates the agreement without cause, the Applicant will be entitled to a refund of the fee. This refund will be calculated by multiplying the number of hours of work already provided by an hourly rate in effect at the time of termination, with the remainder of the fee being refunded to the Applicant.

7. Duration

The duration of this agreement shall be determined based on the specific services selected by the Applicant and agreed upon by both Admissions Helpers and the Applicant at the time of engagement. The specific duration will be outlined in the service agreement or confirmation of services.

8. Applicant Responsibilities

Applicants engaging in our services agree to the following:

  • To take notes on all guidance provided during meetings and communications.
  • To incorporate feedback provided by Admissions Helpers into their application materials before requesting additional feedback.
  • To communicate honestly and provide accurate information to Admissions Helpers.
  • To use best efforts to respond to inquiries and requests from Admissions Helpers in a timely manner.
  • To follow all instructions and deadlines related to the application process.
  • To refrain from using any AI language models, including but not limited to ChatGPT, for writing any application materials. Additionally, clients agree not to use the written work of any other person, or any writing that is not their own, in any application materials submitted for review or as part of the final application.

9. Confidentiality of Proprietary Materials and Resources

Admissions Helpers may provide clients with proprietary resources, documents, strategies, and approaches ("Proprietary Materials") that have been developed through our expertise and experience. These Proprietary Materials are provided solely for the personal use of the client in connection with the services offered by Admissions Helpers.

Clients agree that they will not reproduce, distribute, share, or otherwise disclose any Proprietary Materials provided by Admissions Helpers to any third party, including but not limited to other individuals or entities in need of similar services or competitors of Admissions Helpers. Any unauthorized use, sharing, or disclosure of these Proprietary Materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action, including but not limited to claims for damages or injunctive relief.

Admissions Helpers reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies to protect its intellectual property and proprietary information.

10. Non-Affiliation and Ethical Operations

Admissions Helpers operates independently and is not affiliated with, nor endorsed by, any educational institutions, testing bodies, or other organizations unless explicitly stated.

11. Availability and Scheduling of Services

Admissions Helpers will make every effort to accommodate your scheduling needs for consultations and editing services. Editing services will typically be completed within 72 hours of receipt not counting weekends and holidays though they may be completed earlier. There may be exceptions to this in extenuating circumstances. We will strive to meet urgent requests on a case-by-case basis.

12. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule any session, including interview preparation or advising, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We understand that emergencies may arise, and in such cases, please contact us as soon as possible. Repeated late cancellations or rescheduling requests may result in additional fees or suspension of services without refund, depending on the circumstances.

13. Editing Services

Admissions Helpers does not write or rewrite all or parts of essays, personal statements, or any other application materials on behalf of clients. Our role is to provide guidance, feedback, and revisions to help you improve your work. All materials submitted must be your original work, and by using our services, you confirm that all written content is your own.

14. Confidentiality and Security Limitations

Admissions Helpers is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client communications and materials. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent. However, please be aware that while we take every precaution to protect your data, electronic communications may not always be 100% secure. Admissions Helpers cannot be held responsible for any information lost or intercepted during transmission over the internet.

15. Limitation of Liability

Admissions Helpers is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services or website. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of opportunities, loss of data, or any other damages arising from your use of our services.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services provided shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of California, County of Los Angeles, under the rules of JAMS. The arbitrator’s decision will be final, and both parties agree to bear their own costs of arbitration.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any legal action related to these Terms or Services must be brought exclusively in the courts located in the State of California, County of Los Angeles.

18. Amendments

19. Severability
